AIDN’s next Fall Forum will take place the week of November 9, 2026! This year’s forum will be an entirely virtual, asynchronous event featuring pre-recorded video submissions covering a variety of instructional design topics.

Theme: Navigating the Future of Learning

In the rapidly changing landscape of education, learners are faced with complex terrains, uncharted digital ecosystems, and shifting pedagogical paradigms. As instructional designers, we are the guides. Armed with maps (frameworks, curriculum alignment, learning paths), compasses (accessibility guidelines, learning theories, technological standards), and an unyielding drive to uncover treasure (meaningful learner success, skill mastery, innovative breakthroughs), we lead the way.

For the AIDN Fall Forum 2026, we invite you to share your practical artifacts, strategic coordinates, and field discoveries. Contributors will submit pre-recorded videos that will be curated by topic and deployed across the AIDN community during the week of November 9, 2026.

How to Get Involved

If you are interested in submitting a video presentation to share with your fellow AIDN colleagues, please complete the proposal form. You can check all topics you are interested in or would like to submit content for. Please note, AIDN will vet and review all submissions.
